It is a 1 1/2 hour class and is a mixture of slow flow yoga, vinyassa and yin yoga, mindful breathing & relaxing meditation and is available for all levels and abilities including beginners, as modifications are offered throughout the class to suit every ability, as it is important that the practice suits you as an individual instead of everyone trying to do exactly the same as each other. This way each student practices at a level that suits them personally. Every class varies each week, with a lovely mixture so that it never gets repetitive and also everyone finds things in the classes that they love and no one gets left out. Classes are held at the indoor studio and students are to bring there own mat as I am unable to supply them at the moment. Blankets and pillows are supplied for the meditation but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The classes have a lovely relaxed but happy atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to get the most out of their practice but more importantly, to have fun. Students are to arrive 5 minutes before each class to give everyone time settle in to their class place, after class starts the door will be closed and there will be no admittance. Classes are held at Soul Yoga Studio 174A Mile end Lane, Mile End, Stockport SK2 6BY Don't forget to bring your water bottle to keep hydrated.
To cancel a booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before booking date so you do not incure any late charges. Refunds for Retreats, cacao ceremonies and extra events are only available 24hrs after booking. After that they are none refundable but you can allow someone to come in your place. Please notify Soul Yoga of any changes
