Bakewell Yoga & Wellness Weekend Retreat £475 for 3 Nights

Situated in the beautiful district of sheldon in Bakewell in the Peak District this gorgeous property will be our home for the weekend, where we will spend a fabulous weekend restoring and balancing ourselves with a programme of a mixture of different yoga styles for all levels from beginners to the more advanced. There will be meditation, mindfulness breathing, yoga nidra, chakra balancing and healing, cacao ceremony ( Chocolate Yoga) sharing circle, crystal bowl sound healing and much more.

It is a fabulous opportunity to relax and unwind, meet new people whether you come on your own or with friends or a couple and get in touch with ourselves in a natural authentic way so that we learn how to restore and balance our everyday lives, releasing the negative energy that often is the cause of stress and tension that we encounter most days.

It is an all inclusive weekend with nuitricious healthy food, snacks and  refreshments and fun and a fabulous opportunity to maybe even try something new that we have never done before and discover something new about ourselves.

There is the option to stay for two or three nights depending on what is suitable for you at no extra cost for the third night.

Full cost of this retreat is £475. A deposit of £150 is needed upon booking to secure your place with the remaining balance of £325 to be paid in either instalments to suit you or in full before six weeks prior to the retreat date.

It is Suitable to all levels: Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced and is open to solo travelers, couples, friends or groups and all rooms are based on two people sharing either a twin double room.
