Terms and Conditions - Retreats:

Insurance:

​

Most people don't think about the need for insurance whilst travelling, especially within the UK but the unexpected can alway happen and if you need to cancel your visit to us, you could loose your deposit or even the full cost of the retreat. Therefore it is strongly advised for all our guests to arrange Personal Accident and Travel/Cancellation Insurance when booking onto one of these retreats and recommend that you take time to research a company that suits you personally.

Booking Information:

​

The retreat cost includes the retreat fee, accommodation, and all meals and refreshments during your stay.

Travel to and from the retreat is not included in the price.

​

Payment Policy:

​

A non refundable deposit is required for each retreat booked.

​

This deposit is taken upon booking the retreat. Spaces are not confirmed without deposit payment. The remaining balance being due three months prior to the start of the retreat or on a monthly payment basis.

If the retreat is booked less than four weeks in advance, the deposit facility will not be available and the full amount will need to be paid when booking.

Failure to pay the balance on the set due date, will mean that your place is NOT secured and will be offered to a waiting list.

Refund Policy:

​

If you decide to cancel the retreat after paying the deposit, this deposit can not be transferred to another retreat or another person. If you have made full payment, no refund will be given. We strongly advise that you take out your own insurance.

​

Unexpected circumstances that are out of Soul Yoga's control: 

​

Soul Yoga is not liable under the circumstances of natural disaster, war, pandemic, failure by the venue or other situation that is out of Soul Yoga's control. Soul Yoga will do her best to sort alternative arrangements, depending on the scale of the situation.

​

Cancellation Policy:

No refund if you cancel in advance

   

You may not change your dates after booking     

     

Soul Yoga also reserves the right to cancel someone's booking if they feel that they have good reason to do this because it effects the retreat in some way. The deposit would be refunded in this case.

COVID:

No refund if you test positive for covid

Full refund if you can not travel due to covid restrictions.

Full refund if the retreat does not take place due to covid restrictions.

​

All information included in this and any other publicity, is correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change. 

Whilst I do not anticipate changes to the advertised retreat dates, I may have to cancel of postpone retreats at out discretion.

Liability:

​

Soul Yoga shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages including but not limited to special

Incidental, consequential or other damages.

​

Behaviour:

​

I reserve the right to ask participants to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive to the running of the retreat of other participants or staff. If you withdraw from the retreat at any time or if you are requested to leave due to disruptive behaviour, no part of the retreat fee shall be refunded. In the case of our decision to ask you to leave, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
