Healing Sound Bath Event

Join Leise at Soul Yoga Studio for a healing sound bath experience.

The perfect session to help you relax and rejuvenate as we approach the end of the cold, darker months and head towards the spring.

Take this time to experience the relaxing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments, which help you to relax, let the body's energy flow, and then ground the body.

What to expect:

Starting with settling into the space which is candlelit to help invoke a feeling of cosiness and and peace while you rest with essential oils, we relax the body and ground in with breathwork, drinking the beautiful plant medicine of cacao (there is calming herbal tea as an alternative) and then relaxing guided meditation to prepare the body for it's best experience of the power of sound with it's vibrations.
