Cacao Ceremony: We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, using ceremonial-grade cacao to open our hearts and deepen our connection to ourselves and each other. This is a time of great transition, these are the times of celebration of your growth and maturity of the year so far, and honouring the bounty and blooms of summer.

Leise will guide you through a meditative journey, helping you set intentions and align with the powerful energies of the solstice.

If you are taking St John's Wort, please refrain from taking it for a few days before. If you are epileptic a high consumption of cacao could possibly increase the risk of seizures. *If you take antipsychotic medication, consuming ceremonial cacao in this way is also contraindicated. if you have low blood pressure, be aware that although cacao is a stimulant, it lowers blood pressure. Depending on your condition, a smaller dose might be appropriate. some people are allergic or sensitive to theobromine - it can trigger headaches or migraines in some people. In some cases, a smaller dose will be fine depending on how sensitive you are.
