You should take the same care of your jewellery as you would your favourite piece of clothing...

Store your jewellery pieces individually so that they don’t scratch or tangle.

Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth.

Avoid spraying perfume and hairspray, applying suncreams and cleaning products – jewellery is susceptible to damage from these.

Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight and don’t forget to remove your jewellery when you shower or bathe, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.

         

Should you change your mind about your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs).

Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as I receive your purchase back.
You will have to pay for the return postage but if your item is faulty we will refund all postage.
I cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). 

Delivery can be made to the UK, Europe, US and rest of the world.

Please note that Soul does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.

I aim to dispatch your order within the next 3 working days but in any event your order will be dispatched within - 5 working days of receiving it, providing your order is in stock.

If you order products from my site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value of your order.
