​This event will be working with the gentle, playful plant medicine cacao, which truly is a healer when it comes to the heart. During the ceremony we come together and alongside music, sacred songs there will be movement, crystal bowls sound healing, meditation, journaling, sharing circle and more. We find a place within ourselves which is usually locked away, where we often store old emotions and memories, frustrations, anxieties and sometimes anger. Working with the cacao helps to release these so that we can move forwards in life, lighter and happier with a clearer outlook. Shifting our energies to set you up, helping you to connect with your heart and be a gentle guide through transformational consciousness shifts. Cacao is a healer but it can also give you a heightened intuition and creative mind is often achieved and that feeling of relaxed bliss that we often crave for as well as the sense of doors opening in your life with the path that you have been looking for but not been able to find. Come and join us for this amazing four hour event which will allow you that space for introspection, stilling the mind and clearing the mental chatter to allow the heart to open so that you can be present and relaxed throughout it. ​Cacao contains anandamide, a neurotransmitter produced in the brain that binds to the THC receptors. It's also known as the ''Bliss Molecule'' (named after ''ananda'', the Sanskrit word for ''bliss'') Used for over 5,000 years by a number of communities around the world, on a metaphysical level, cacao serves as a tool for connecting to the energetic space of your heart, as well as to the people around you. Cacao Health Information: *Pregnant and nursing mothers do really well consuming cacao. There are different doses depending on which trimester etc so remember to give this information. * SSRI Antidepressants and antichotics cacao doses need to be altered to low to average if on these as they are effected with the MAOI's (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors so please give this information upon booking so the you can be given the correct dose. * it increases the blood flow to the brain by 30-40% so any other substances will be amplified. This is to give everyone plenty of time to settle in as admittance can not be given once ceremony has started. This is a none refundable event if unable to attend.

To cancel a booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before booking date so you do not incure any late charges. Refunds for Retreats, cacao ceremonies and extra events are only available 24hrs after booking. After that they are none refundable but you can allow someone to come in your place. Please notify Soul Yoga of any changes
