It is important to me in all of my classes, events and retreats that firstly everyone who attends them feels like they are coming into a friendly warm and welcoming place where people don't have to be the same as each other to fit it. 

It is important that everyone feels the best version of themselves so that you can learn to heal and grow.

Everyone deserves to feel their best and to be able to look forward without the pressure of any stress or anxiety.

Yoga and Meditation are beautiful at giving you that inner calm and stillness that we all crave and all of my yoga and meditation classes are available to everyone at all levels including beginners.

In Sanskrit yoga means to unite. The union of individual consciousness with that of the universal consciousness, indicating perfect harmony between the mind and body, man and nature.

My other events and retreats that I offer work in very similar ways  for everyone. A natural and gentle, holistic approach to heal the body so that the body can reset on the path that it is meant to be on. Whether that is through a Healing Sound Bath or a Healing Cacao Ceremony or one Soul Yoga's Residential Weekend Retreats in different parts of the uk, where you get a beautiful combination of the practices over a few days so that you can heal and restore more deeply.

All classes and sessions are available to book to attend in a group class or in a one to one where the session will be tailored specifically to your needs

We are so excited to be hosting this three night retreat is in the glorious beautiful tranquility of the Cumbrian National Park 

The essence of this relaxing retreat is to gently tend to what feels true within you.

So come and join Leise for the heart and soul, set in nature wth stunning views . Where you can rediscover yourself on a weekend of yoga (various styles to suit everyone throughout their stay) meditation, breath work cacao ceremony, crystal bowl sound bath, chakra balancing and clearing, nature walks, ecstatic dance, yoga nidra, healing through bioenergetics, evening campfires, and more.

This all inclusive weekend enables you to reconnect with your mind and body and spirit through practices and techniques that you can take home and fit into your everyday life. It is available to all levels of experience including beginners.

There will be delicious home cooked meals, snacks and refreshments throughout your stay, to suit all pallets, from regular, vegan and vegetarian, so no one is left out.

The weekend will be full of love, laughter, nature and connection with like minded souls and there will also be plenty of time for you to relax, restore and explore in this area of natural beauty.

Did you know that we do home visits, private and group sound baths?

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, with a private sound ceremony. Going deeper into your meditative practice, helping you to let go of stress and anxiety, along with other health benefits including improving blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate, along with aiding better nights sleep, by sending the body into healing mode.

These sessions not only reduce stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but they also have physiological benefits.

Celebrating the full moon reconnects us with the earth’s rhythms and our own natural cycles. When we are in sync with nature, it is easier to listen to ourselves — which is critical to building a life that actually works for us.

It is a perfect time for spiritual reflection. The perfect time for meditation and the release of energy that has been building within us. To listen to our initiative selves, and let our inner wisdom speak to us and setting new intentions for the the weeks to come.

The full moon can feel like a bit of a disruptive time, resulting in more erratic behaviour, tension, or tiredness. You may find yourself feeling anxious or emotionally upset. Research has shown that we actually sleep less on the full moon, so it’s important to ensure you care for your body.

Whether you are new to meditation or practice regularly, these events are open to everyone and are centred around you leaving feeling relaxed, with a greater sense of self, both physically and mentally. Taking away with you positive intentions, helping to release anxiety and tension.

Each event we will cover something new, where we will gather together to find peace and tranquility through mindfulness, breathwork and relaxing guided meditation.
